These Terms govern your use of the Triad Astro service, including its website, HTTP API, MCP server, and any ChatGPT app built on them (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

The Service calculates astrological chart data across Western (tropical), Vedic (sidereal), and Chinese (BaZi / Four Pillars) systems from birth details you supply. It is operated by an individual, not a registered company.

Not Professional Advice

Astrological output is provided for personal interest and entertainment only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind, and must not be relied on as a basis for any decision with real consequences. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.

Acceptable Use

Accuracy

Chart calculations are derived from published astronomical algorithms and third-party geocoding and timezone data. Accuracy depends on the birth details you provide, particularly the birth time. The Service is offered without any guarantee that its output is correct, complete, or suitable for a given purpose.

Availability and Changes

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice. These Terms may be updated; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy

Information submitted to the Service is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the Service will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
